my Bellingham and hazard cards both show 0 matches remaining but the game still says there unavailable because of the red card. I've played multiple squad battles matches and restarted the game but nothing fix's it. please investigate!!!

If your Bellingham and Hazard cards both show 0 matches remaining, are you using loan cards? You can only play a limited number of games with loan cards.
If these are not loan cards and have received a red card suspension, you need to place them in the reserve section of your squad (refer to the image below). DO NOT send them to the club. Then, just play one game, and the red card suspension will be removed from these players.
