Fix your game

For about two weeks or so the game was fun to fun, gameplay was smooth, and my players actually moved well, getting open for passes and marking opponents…. Then you all must have done something because, while the game has good pace, my players are back to being useless avatars on the pitch. Go to make a pass, they go behind the opposing player. Don’t make runs at all. Defenders out of position all the time.

Then on the reverse side, the opponent AI is superhuman again. I primarily play Squad Battles and have been for years, and you all amped up the defensive AI again. I’m sorry, but I should struggle to score an outside of the box shot against a team that’s defense is all out of position players and the keeper is a LW.. that has 12 saves in the game… oh then my 87 rated Mike Maignan has one shot on target and can’t stop it.. and this has been happening a lot. The AI keeper will have 15 saves from 20 shots on target, I mean a bronze keeper able to stop a shot from an extra pass right in front of goal.. literally from one post to another.. come on. Then my keeper has two shots on goal, and allows one to go in.. happens with both Maignan and Raya. 

then we are also back to having the AI defense faster than my attacking players, super-marking my off-the-ball players, being able to tackle from behind and win the ball (which you all said was no longer going to happen), and so on…. For nearly three weeks this game felt a lot better and was fun… now it feels like playing FC26 again.. which I hated playing matches and actually stopped playing for about two months because of how horrible it was.. which was the longest stretch I’ve had in like 5 years..
