Frustrating Gameplay Bug and Request for Improvement

Hello EA Support Team,

I would like to report a frustrating gameplay bug that seriously affected my match. My player got stuck inside the goal net for an unusually long time. After that, the game automatically took a throw-in without any input from me, and the situation eventually resulted in a corner kick for my opponent.

This was an extremely frustrating experience, as the situation was completely beyond my control and negatively affected the fairness of the match.

Honestly, I am disappointed with the current gameplay experience. I play this game during my free time to relax, have fun, and enjoy myself. Unfortunately, instead of providing entertainment, issues like this leave me frustrated and upset.

I hope you understand that this game is an important part of how I spend my free time. I genuinely want to enjoy playing it, but recurring gameplay issues make that difficult. I sincerely hope your team takes these problems seriously, improves the gameplay mechanics, and works toward providing a smoother, fairer, and more enjoyable experience for all players.
