Not received sbc

Ive been having so many problems with fc27 it started with not receiving some of my  season pass rewards, i have spoken to support and still nothing has happened

but now i completed the POTM raphinha SBC and didnt even get the player i have spoken to support again and opened a case about it even sent picture evidence but not getting my hopes up as because we aint part of the popular community (youtubers and streamers) it takes so much longer for us to even been seen,

so community devs im hoping for you to be able to give me updates about my sbc, i dont even care about the pass rewards now they are nothing compared to the sbc i have done
