Future stars evolution disappeared after pausing

I’m experiencing a Future Stars Academy IV bug on Xbox Series S.

My player is still in my club and is rated 85. His card says the Evolution is paused, but when I open My Evolutions, he doesn’t appear in the list.

I did NOT remove the Evolution or undo any progress. I simply switched which Evolution was active. I have just one match remaining to complete Academy IV, and now I cannot access the Evolution to finish it.

I’ve already restarted the game and tried EA Help, but the automated support hasn’t resolved the issue.

Please investigate this as a progression bug and advise how I can restore access to my paused Evolution without losing my progress.
