I was playing wendsday night 9 hours before end of the season 1 reached lvl 23 claimed my rewards bought a premium season pass for 10 euro,s and never received my rewards..... i want to have my rewards i even now payed 10 euros for nothing a disgrace money gone for nothing and no season pass rewards played for nothing all the time.i put.in it! EA please fix this!
The same thing happened to me. I was level 30 and most of the regular and premium pass were unclaimed. The ea help told me that unclaimed rewards were lost after the season. That’s not how previous games were handled and I didn’t see anything about this change. Hoping they can find a way to grant the rewards since it was standard procedure in past games.
Yeah in previous games it didnt happend and you always get them but this year a lot of problems with the season pass and rewards they need to fix this friends of my have the same and we all paid 10 euro for a premium pass.... EA help told me the same that is not a solution. Difference is between my story and yours is that i claimed the rewards and still didn't get them....
Still no rewards or solution from EA????
