Goal Guardian Evolution – 1v1 Close Down PlayStyle not applied

I completed the Goal Guardian Evolution on Christian Walton and selected the 1v1 Close Down PlayStyle.

However, after completing the Evolution, the PlayStyle was not added to my Walton card.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Is this a known bug?

clement74440 Did you check the max upgrade limit for playstyles in the Goal Guardian evo? (Refer below screenshot)

It says the limit is 3, which means you cannot upgrade beyond 3 playstyles. Since your player already has 3 playstyles, he will not receive a 4th playstyle.

Ah, yes! Everything is actually fine. I hadn’t noticed that the player already had 3 PlayStyles and that the Evolution has a maximum limit of 3.

Thanks for pointing that out! My mistake.

I completed the Silver Goalkeeper Evolution from the Training Camp, which upgrades the goalkeeper to a Gold card. Christian Walton’s overall rating was 79 after completing this Evolution.

I then completed the Goal Guardian Evolution and selected the 1v1 Close Down PlayStyle. I also applied the Goalkeeper++ role to the player.

Everything appeared to be fine at first, but shortly afterwards I checked Walton’s player stats and noticed that the 1v1 Close Down PlayStyle had not been applied, despite completing the Evolution and selecting it correctly.

I have attached a screenshot showing the issue.
