I opened a pack and then when I stored it in club it disappeared

I opened a pack on FIFA and when I pressed or two and stored it in club it disappeared and when I looked in quick recovery it wasn’t there and I definitely did not put it in an SBC because the card was good and I reported it to EA and they are doing an investigation but I need the card because I really like it before champs has this happened to anyone (I’m on ps )
