objective cannot be completed – required SBC unavailable (Xbox One X) Game: EA SPORTS FC 27 Platform: Xbox One X Mode: Ultimate Team Objective: Hannibal’s Haunting Issue: The Hannibal’s Haunting objective currently shows four hours remaining, but the SBC required to complete it is no longer available. This makes it impossible to finish the objective and claim the associated rewards before the displayed deadline. The required SBC should remain available until the objective expires. Actual result: The SBC is unavailable while the objective still shows four hours remaining. I mean ideally the ABC should be restored and allow sufficient time to complete it, or provide another way for affected players to complete the objective and claim the rewards.
Packed same Base Hero 4 times in a row
EA Support Team, I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment after receiving the exact same player, Base Hero Guti, from four consecutive Hero SBC packs in EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team. I understand that pack rewards are randomized and that duplicates are possible. However, receiving the same Hero times and times again raises legitimate concerns about the randomness and fairness of the reward system. Completing these SBCs requires a significant investment of valuable players and resources. Receiving the same untradeable duplicate repeatedly makes those investments feel completely wasted. I kindly request that you investigate my account’s pack history and verify whether the reward system functioned correctly in all three instances. Given these highly disappointing results, I demand appropriate compensation, whether through replacement packs or another reasonable solution.Evolved a player, submitted into SBC, now can’t Re-evo the same player
I evolved a player and then wanted to start a new evolution with my first owner version of that player, so I submitted my evolved version into an SBC to get rid of it. I now can’t evolve that player again as it says I already have an evolution version of this player. I obviously don’t anymore as I put the first version into an SBC. Please help! Bonjour, Je rencontre un bug bloquant avec le système d'Évolutions sur Ultimate Team. J'avais précédemment commencé une évolution sur un joueur de mon club ( MANDZA - OGC NICE ), que j'ai ensuite soumis dans un DCE (SBC). Souhaitant recommencer une nouvelle évolution, j'ai racheté la carte de base de ce même joueur sur le marché des transferts. Cependant, lorsque je tente de lancer la nouvelle évolution, le jeu bloque et m'affiche le message d'erreur suivant : « Vous avez déjà une version Évolution de cet élément. » Pourtant, je ne possède plus aucune autre version (évoluée ou en cours) de ce joueur dans mon club, ma pile de transferts ou mes éléments à attribuer. Le système semble garder en mémoire l'ancienne carte qui n'existe plus. Pourriez-vous s'il vous plaît réinitialiser les données de ce joueur sur mon compte afin que je puisse à nouveau utiliser les évolutions normalement ? Merci d'avance pour votre aide.Sbc
Yesterday, I accidentally submitted my 85-rated Kobi Mainoo (after applying an Evolution) into the 83x2 SBC. Is there any chance you could restore him? You can take back the SBC reward if necessary. I only care about getting Kobi back because I'm a Manchester United fan and I'm trying to build a full Manchester United squad. I honestly can't get over the fact that I didn't notice I was submitting him. I would be extremely grateful if you could help me recover him.Shooting Mechanic Bug EA SPORTS FC 27
Hello EA Support Team, I am experiencing a persistent gameplay bug in EA SPORTS FC 27 on PC regarding the shooting mechanic. During matches across all game modes, almost every shot I take stays flat on the ground regardless of how long I hold the shoot button. Out of roughly ten attempts, it only registers normal shot power and elevation once, while the other nine times it results in a weak ground shot. However, when I test shooting in the Practice Arena and Training drills, the shooting mechanic works normally every single time without this issue occurring. Since it works properly in training, my controller inputs are functioning as expected, which points to a bug affecting actual match modes. i completed the pina sbc but apparently there was a visual glitch and i received pascal gros instead, its been over 10 days and ive spoken to over 10 ea advisors and all they did was stall on me, one of them ended the chat mid convo! ive played this game for years and never experienced such treatment from ea and over what??? over a glitch from the game! since when is this debatable if its the game’s fault then the player should receive compensation without hesitation im absolutely furious.
