Kick me off the game

I was playing offline draft first game in I won the game and went to advance when I got kicked off ultimate team coz of a server issue or a queue or something when I finally got back on it said I lost and had to claim the rewards which were terrible would just like a draft token or my coins back as this was not my fault at all and I'm very upset
