Missing sbc rewards

I have just completed the pina sbc ( a long grind) but it’s taken the players I submitted into the sbc it says I’ve completed her but she’s not showing up nowhere I can’t see her to send to my club I can’t add her to my team or gallery when I put her in it’s a concept version I will provide pictures of the issue but anyone have any past experiences with this?

    I'm sorry to say, there's nothing we can do for you on the EA Forums. If it's not supported by an advisor, there isn't any additional help for this. You can keep trying to reach an advisor. Chat isn't available for every support topic so you may need to choose a different one. When the bot asks if your issue was resolved, say no and see if the option for chat is given.

    So go back into a live chat I can’t get into a live chat it’s says it’s not supported by the advisors

    They may have told you to report it as a bug. We're not aware of a bug that would cause this. It's not something we can help with, unfortunately. Advisors will need to replace missing content if they can verify it's missing.

    I have tried that already and then I spoke to an agent and then they told me I’ve got to come onto here I’ve tried every possible thing possible and she’s still no where to be seen
