Missing Season Pass Rewards - Level 3 and Level 10

Hello,

I’m writing to report an issue with my Season Pass rewards in FC Season 1: Ones to Watch.

I have successfully unlocked and claimed the bundled rewards, but I only received half of them. Specifically, I did not receive the packs  from Level 3 and from the 9th level featuring Christos Tzolis (Level 10), i received the packs but not the players. . Although the game shows them as “Claimed!”, the players are completely missing from my club and store packs.

I’d also like to mention a possible licensing conflict that might be causing this issue on my account. I have successfully received the ICON pack corresponding to my EA Play Pro subscription. However, the untradeable ICON Pack included with my purchase of the Ultimate Edition is completely missing from my Store, even though the FC Points from the purchase arrived correctly.

Could you please look into this and grant the missing player rewards to my account?

    after a few hours, I ve reopened the game and I received rewards from level 10. All that remained uncertain it s the thing with the Icon from Pro, wich I received. Then it expired, and I bought the game.
