missing tokens

so i was doing the gallery from fut.gg and i bought every player needed and it show that i have enough points for better grade but im not getting any tokens, also funny thing is that when i listed  some players yesterday, today they were gone from the list and i didn't get any money and ofc support cant do nothing about it so overall im around 60k down and without 50 tokens. great game
