Missing Ultimate Plus Edition Icons

UPDATE: I spoke with support and I some confusion has been cleared up. We are entitled to 3 packs - two OVR 85+ packs and the Hall of FUT choice pass. I can confirm that I have received two of those packs - The Icon Pack and The Hall of FUT pack - while the third one IS actively missing. (Good news! I can now confirm that the specific pack missing IS the 85+ OVR Ultimate Pack. I have opened a case with support and appear to be on track to get this issue solved - I'll leave an update in the comments once the case has closed, sharing the results!)

I pre-ordered FC 27's Ultimate Plus Edition on August 29th - two days before the August 31 deadline. When I logged into FUT for the first time, today, I discovered that I only received one of the three icon packs that I am supposed to entitled to receive through my purchase.

I've seen that this is an issue that is known to be affecting MULTIPLE people, outside of myself, in the community - please make things right and get this content out to the customers who never recieved what we paid for! I am not impressed... 👎
