My player gone missing

I just got Vitinha in UT tradeable. when I tried to sell him I got an error about market prices is heating up (I tried to list him for 120K while the avg. is 121.5K) so I put him in transfer list to sell later. then I sent all players to the club then I got another error and kicked out of store not the UT. I got all other players from the pack except Vitinha and opened a second pack after it and they're all there in my club he even shows in the gallery I tried everything restarting the game, enter and play a match, even checked the companion app in quick sells restore nothing. like he never existed in my club. I play on my PC using ethernet for those who r wondering

    I totally get it and understand the frustration.  Unfortunately for every honest claim there are 100 false claims.  That's why usually they want some type of video to show the actions and it makes them easier to identify and fix the bug as well as find a way to resolve your issue.

    sadly no I play on my pc so I don't have record features like PS or Xbox to have footage all I can say after a long chat with support that it is a known issue and they r working on it (Said the customer service agent I talked to). if this problem hasn't been resolved either getting the player or the coins I'll honestly Uninstall the game then cancel my EA Play Pro subscription (I pay yearly and it will end in a few days) and won't play this game ever again

    Do you happen to record your gameplay?  When something like this happens, the easiest way to show EA is to have the video, unedited of what happened.
