Objective problem

Hi EA Support,

I’m having an issue with the Ultimate Gauntlet 1 objectives in EA SPORTS FC 27.

I have completed a perfect round by winning both matches around 6 times, but the “Triple Perfect” objective is still stuck at 2/3.

I’m also having the same problem with the “Score in 10” objective. I have scored in around 15 separate Gauntlet matches, but the objective is still not registering the correct progress.

I’ve played more than enough matches to complete both objectives, so it seems like my progress is not tracking correctly.

Could you please check my account and restore/update the missing objective progress? I’ve spent a lot of time completing these matches and I don’t want to miss the rewards because of a tracking bug.

    Same thing here just with the triple perfect and score in 14. Kinda annoying grinding for hours andnot being able to get 2 of the best rewards. I have Ramos now but no use for him i was just grinding for the packs

    I'm also not able to complete it, ive reported to the live chat but tbh the last time i wrote in they just left it as it is and didnt bother getting back to me. Paid 100+ for unhappiness!

    Same here, grinding my **bleep** off for the rewards just for it not to count. At first I doubted myself that I messed up or something, so did a fourth perfect run...still counter says 1/3.

    What a joke EA.

    Fayez123King​  In case you are new to the game, in this type of objective, you can only complete the first 8 out of 10 challenges. You will not be able to complete all 10. Once you complete the first 8, the remaining challenges will be greyed out and objective group is marked as complete. (Just thought I'd add this info in case you were not aware of it.)

    In case I misunderstood your issue, or if you are facing any other problems, I would suggest attaching a screenshot or video clip so that they can look into it.
