Objectives error

When I play any of the ultimate team game modes after each game no matter the result I get a “We adjusted your Objective Progress due to a mismatch with server validation”

None of my match or daily objectives are marked and I have not been earning any rewards making it very difficult for me to play the game like I intended to.

please help me understand why this could be happening and how I go about resolving it.
