I was disconnected from FC 27 Draft by EA server errors ("too much traffic") several times in the days before Sep 24, including the night of Sep 23 (~11:30 pm), and lost 3 Draft entries. I paid real money for FC Points used to buy these tokens.
Case #255075121 was closed as "Fixed" on Sep 24. The advisor told me the draft "has already been reset", to allow up to 24 hours for sync, and to chat again if nothing arrived. Six days later, no token has arrived and the Draft Token self-service tool says I'm not eligible. A second advisor said they could not restore tokens, escalate or transfer, and sent me here. Case #255609887 is now "No Fix Available". Screenshots attached. Please have the specialized team review my account and restore my tokens.
