Player disappeared after Transfer Market error – R9 missing

I tried to list my R9 (Ronaldo Nazário) on the Transfer Market. An error appeared and the game told me to try again later.

I then left Ultimate Team and came back, but the player had completely disappeared.

The R9 is not in:

• My Club
• Transfer List
• Unassigned Items
• Squad

I also did not receive any coins from the sale.

I did NOT discard or quick-sell the player.

I have a video recording showing what happened.

Please investigate the transaction and restore my R9 if possible.
