fc points purchase refund

Hi, I’m looking for some help regarding an FC Points purchase on my PlayStation account. My younger brother, who is autistic, used my PlayStation without my permission and purchased FC Points using my saved bank card. He then spent the FC Points in EA SPORTS FC. I did not authorise the purchase or give permission for my card to be used. I understand the FC Points have already been spent, but I’d really appreciate it if EA could review the situation and let me know if a refund or another resolution is possible. I can provide proof of the transaction if needed. Thank you.

    Hey talk2akon​,

    If this purchase was made through your PlayStation account you'll need to get in touch with PlayStation support. While in-game and currency purchases typically are not refundable, we don't have access to your PlayStation transactions to confirm the purchase or make any changes.

    I'd definitely also suggest making sure your account is secure to help prevent others from accessing the account.
