Possible Wrong Reward Pool – Gallery Level 10 Holographic Base Hero Player Pick

Hello EA,

I am reporting a possible issue with the Gallery Level 10 Holographic Base Hero Player Pick in EA SPORTS FC 27.

On October 7, 2026, I reached Gallery Level 10 after spending approximately 3,000,000 Gallery Score and received a 1 of 5 Holographic Base Hero Player Pick.

All five generated options were 86-rated Base Heroes, and all five were eligible players from the active “Max. 86 Base Hero Upgrade” SBC.

I understand that Player Picks are random. My complaint is not about receiving low-rated players, and I am not requesting a specific player.

My concern is that all five options matched the Max. 86 SBC player pool, raising the possibility that the wrong reward pool was used.

I contacted EA Support and asked them to verify the server-side Reward ID and player pool used to generate my reward. I was told that Support cannot manually verify the reward pool because the reward is generated automatically.

Could the FC development team please investigate whether the correct Gallery Level 10 reward pool was used?

If the correct pool was used, I would appreciate confirmation. If the wrong pool was used, I request that my Gallery Level 10 Player Pick be corrected.
