Precision shooting indicator missing after the latest patches

Before the patches, there was already an issue where shooting assistance couldn't be enabled properly.

Now after the latest patches, the precision shooting indicator/line is completely missing during matches.

In the settings, the shooting indicator arrow is enabled and Precision Shooting is selected, but the line that should appear for precision shooting is not visible at all.

I've checked the settings multiple times and everything is turned on correctly, but it still doesn't show up in game.

Is anyone else having the same issue after the recent patches?
