Request to Lift Restrictions on Syria

Dear Community Manager,

We, the Syrian community, have repeatedly requested the removal of IP restrictions on Syria so that we can access EA games and services normally.

Unfortunately, we have reached a point where we keep receiving the same repeated responses regarding this issue, without any actual solution or clear explanation of when the restrictions might be lifted. Despite our repeated attempts to raise this matter, we have not received a meaningful answer. We have now moved beyond receiving the same repeated answers and are unfortunately receiving no response at all on this matter.

We are simply asking for our right to access your games and services like players in other countries. Therefore, I kindly ask you to provide us with an official and clear response regarding this matter.

When can we expect Syria to be removed from the list of restricted countries, and when will EA games and services become available again in Syria?

Many international companies have already taken steps in this direction, and these restrictions may no longer be necessary or may prevent players in the region from accessing your games.

We sincerely hope that you can help us and escalate this issue to the team responsible for lifting the restrictions on Syria, so that our voice can finally be heard and we can receive the same access and treatment as other players around the world.
