Rivals - Score First and Goal Machine not tracking

Hello EA Support,

I'd like to report an issue with Division Rivals Duel rewards in EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team.

On 27 October 2026 (around 01:00, Almaty time, UTC+5) I had the Duel objective active on my Rivals progression track: "Score First: score the first goal in your next match" (+2 Rivals points).

In my next Rivals match I scored the first goal and won 6–3. However, I only received the standard 3 points for the win. The +2 Duel bonus was not awarded, so I got 3 points instead of 5.

This affects my progress towards the 30/30 weekly rewards.

Could you please:

1. Check this match and confirm whether the Duel objective was registered as completed.
2. Credit the missing 2 Rivals points if this was an error.

Issue Overview:

I am experiencing a recurring bug in Division Rivals in EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team. The same Bounty has remained on my Rivals screen for a long time and never clears, even after playing multiple matches.

The Bounty appears to be permanently stuck, and no new Bounties appear. This prevents me from accessing new Bounty challenges and earning additional rewards or stage progression.

I have continued playing Rivals, but the issue remains unresolved. It appears that the Bounty status is not refreshing correctly or syncing with my account.

This is particularly frustrating because Bounties are supposed to provide additional rewards and progression opportunities while playing Rivals.

Expected Behaviour:

• Completed Bounties should clear from the Rivals screen.
• The appropriate rewards and stage progression should be granted.
• New Bounties should become available in subsequent matches.

Actual Behaviour:

• The same Bounty remains permanently stuck on the Rivals screen.
• No new Bounties appear.
• The Bounty system does not seem to refresh, preventing further progression through Bounties.

Request:

Please investigate this issue and fix the Rivals Bounty progression system in FC 27. If this is an account-specific bug, please reset the stuck Bounty and restore the functionality so that new Bounties can appear normally.

This issue needs to be addressed, as it is preventing affected players from accessing the intended Rivals Bounty rewards and progression.

: FC 27 Rivals Objective Bug – “Goal Machine”

I have been experiencing a bug in FC 27 Ultimate Team for approximately two weeks.

The Rivals objective called “Goal Machine” says: “Score at least 3 goals in your next match.”

I have completed this requirement multiple times in Rivals matches, scoring at least 3 goals and finishing the matches normally. However, the objective never registers as completed, and I do not receive the 2 Rivals points associated with it.

The objective remains active and does not reset, even after playing multiple matches and restarting the game.

Could you please investigate this issue and help me fix it? I would also appreciate it if you could check whether the missing Rivals points can be credited to my account.

Issue Overview:

There is a severe, recurring progression bug affecting Division Rivals Bounties that has carried over directly from FC 26 into FC 27. Before a match, a Bounty appears normally on the Rivals menu. When completing its requirement during the match, the in-game completion banner pops up as expected, followed by a second green checkmark confirmation on the post-match Victory screen. However, upon returning to the Division Rivals hub, the Bounty reward is completely ignored, no extra stage progression is granted, and the exact same Bounty remains permanently stuck on the menu—preventing any new Bounties from ever spawning.

Step-by-Step Visual & Video Evidence:

1. Active Bounty & In-Game Completion:
Prior to the match, the active Bounty was "Goal Machine" (Score at least 2 consecutive goals in your next match for +1 Stage Progression). As shown in the gameplay clip below, upon scoring in the 75th minute to make it 5-5, the "Goal Machine" completion notification clearly pops up in the top-right corner of the screen:

2. Post-Match Victory Confirmation:
Immediately after the final whistle, the post-match VICTORY screen (shown in the screenshot below) explicitly confirms that the Goal Machine Bounty was completed with a green checkmark icon:

3. Zero Payout & Infinite Loop (Before vs. After the Win):
Despite both in-game and post-match confirmations, the Before/After comparison image below proves that the reward never registers. Before the match, my progression pointer was at Stage IV with an active Hot Streak! (which grants 2 stages per win). With the win + Hot Streak (2 stages) + Completed Bounty (1 stage), I should have advanced 3 stages to Stage VII. Instead, I only moved to Stage VI, and the exact same Goal Machine Bounty remained frozen on the Rivals menu:

Impact on Player Progression & Lack of Workarounds:

• Permanently Locked Out of Bounties: Because this glitched Bounty refuses to clear—regardless of whether you win, lose, or repeatedly fulfill its objective—it completely blocks any new Bounties from appearing for the rest of the season.
• No Player-Side Fix: I have tried every possible workaround, including completing the objective multiple times in a row and even intentionally losing matches to force a reset, but nothing clears it. The only time it ever resets is sometimes during a full Season Reset/Division relegation (and occasionally it even persists beyond that).

Update (October 22, 2026):
This issue has still not been fixed following the new season update. Unlike in FC 26 where a full Season Reset or Division relegation would sometimes force-clear the bug, this no longer happens—likely due to the removal of Division relegation this season, leaving the glitched Bounty permanently frozen with no reset trigger available at all.

Recommended Fix:

Fix the server-side synchronization for Division Rivals Bounties so that completed Bounties properly credit the bonus progression stage immediately after the match and clear from the active slot, rather than getting stuck in an unbreakable loop for the entire season.
