SBC selection glitch - lost my 89 Sócrates (video evidence)

Hello EA Support,

I’m requesting an investigation into an apparent SBC menu/UI bug in EA SPORTS FC 27 that resulted in my 89-rated Sócrates Icon being submitted, even though the interface displayed a different player.

Incident details:

Player lost: Sócrates, 89-rated Icon

SBC: Max. 86 Base Hero Upgrade

Platform: PlayStation 5

Approximate time: 3:15 PM BRT

Here is what happened:

While completing the SBC, I had already submitted some 84-rated players that I had purchased specifically for it. To use players I already had and save coins, I opened SBC Storage and selected all the players available there. I then returned to the Club section.

The interface displayed my untradeable 89-rated gold Gabriel Magalhães as the selected player. Based on what the game was showing me, I proceeded with the submission. However, my 89-rated Sócrates Icon was submitted instead.

I did not intend to submit Sócrates. My submission was based on the player displayed by the interface, which is why this should be investigated as a technical issue rather than treated as a routine accidental submission.

I have video footage of the incident and can provide it for review. I have also found other players reporting the same apparent issue and can share links to those reports. These reports suggest this may affect more than one account.

Please escalate this case to the appropriate technical team, review my footage alongside the relevant account logs, and restore my 89-rated Sócrates Icon. If your team cannot restore the item directly, please forward the case to the team responsible for investigating item losses caused by game errors.
