Sbc

Yesterday, I accidentally submitted my 85-rated Kobi Mainoo (after applying an Evolution) into the 83x2 SBC.

Is there any chance you could restore him? You can take back the SBC reward if necessary. I only care about getting Kobi back because I'm a Manchester United fan and I'm trying to build a full Manchester United squad.

I honestly can't get over the fact that I didn't notice I was submitting him. I would be extremely grateful if you could help me recover him.

    Hey xBorucx18x,

Unfortunately cards can't be restored once they've been submitted into an SBC. I can only recommend that you're more careful in the future.

I know you are able to restore a player card. You have returned cards as compensation for your own mistakes with SBCs before. This time you simply don't want to help, and that's it. Thanks for the advice — as if I didn't already know that I should be more careful. Copying and pasting a generic response and calling it help... I already know I should pay more attention. I simply made a mistake yesterday, and you refuse to help me.

    xBorucx18x,

It's specifically pointed out in our help article about SBC's that we can't recover players that have been submitted:

Can I recover Player Items submitted to an SBC?

No. Player Items submitted to an SBC are permanently removed from your Club in exchange for the Challenge reward. Review your Squad before completing the Challenge. EA Advisors can't restore Player Items you've submitted to an SBC.

Unfortunately your player just isn't recoverable. I wish I had better news to share, but this just isn't something we can do.
