scammed of coins

i went to bid on ruben dias. i pressed x on him on my controller, it tooo me out of ultimate team then when i went back on i had ruben dias and i supposedly bought him for 35k so now i only have 16k left. obviously i tried to sell him back for 35k but no one is going to buy, and obviously im not gonna pay 35k for him when he is 6k
