Transfer Market banned after account was hacked – appeals ignored

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice because I’m completely stuck with EA Support.

I received a Transfer Market ban on FC 27. Around the same time, my EA account was accessed by someone from London without my permission. I believe the activity that caused the ban was done by the person who accessed my account. I immediately changed my password after this.

I have submitted multiple appeals and explained the situation every time. I also asked EA to provide the specific evidence or activity that caused the ban and requested a manual investigation.

Unfortunately, every single appeal has received the exact same response. No specific evidence, explanation, or proper investigation has been provided.

I have now reached the point where I can no longer submit another appeal.

I have played FIFA/EA SPORTS FC fairly for more than 10 years and have never intentionally used cheats, bots, coin buying or exploits.

I’m not asking for special treatment. I simply want EA to properly investigate my account and consider the fact that it was compromised.

Has anyone experienced something similar, or knows how I can get this escalated to someone who can actually review the case?

    Hi joeriajax,

Thank you for reaching out and for laying out your situation so clearly. I've read through your post, and I want to say I'm sorry for the incredibly frustrating situation you're in. It's completely understandable to feel stuck and unheard when you believe the ban was a result of your account being compromised, especially after being a long-term player.

I want to clarify the point about the responses you received. While the wording in those emails often follows a standard template, this is done to ensure the messaging is consistent for all players. It does not mean your case was ignored or handled by a bot; each appeal is manually reviewed by a specialist on our Terms of Service team before a decision is sent.

For account security and privacy, we cannot access case details or overturn sanctions here on the forums. The appeals process through our Terms of Service team is the one and only path to have a sanction reviewed.

I know this is not the answer you are hoping for, but if you are now at the point where the system no longer allows you to submit another appeal, it generally means the case has been investigated multiple times, and the decision is now considered final. At this point, there is no further channel for escalation that we can provide.

I'm truly sorry that we don't have a different answer for you on this.
