Was playing career mode to get the extra xp, while doing that a pop up appeared and claimed every reward possible up to lvl 5, i wasn't able to select otw Anderson. Now it looks like the image attached.
Contacted ea help support via chat and the answer was sorry we cant do anything. Such help should be illegal. At least it made me laugh.
Just be careful while getting xp for the season pass in other modes or it might happen to you.
I had the same issue
Choose the pack becouse it glitched:(
Have they resolve the issue? I am having the same problem. I didn’t receive my season pass rewards for level 15 and 16. Its so frustrating because I bought the season pass as well
Same issue - got presented with coins and a pack, when it was actually OTW Adeyemi, I'm extremely sad
Youve got an solution yet?

Yep same thing happened to me and he just sent me a link to come here and didn’t say if they would solve it :(
exact same thing happened with me for adeyemi and the chat advisor sent me here for help - doesn’t seem like they’re willing to look into it or attempt to help us
