Cancelling EA Play Pro subscription

Bought the ultimate edition on steam like Ive done for the past 4 years, got the Play Pro subscription a day or so later on the EA app for packs like Ive done every year, went and cancelled the subscription and now I cant even open the game...

    just checked and it even says I own the ultimate edition on the EA app but is still making me try and get the play pro version lmaooooooooo
