Season pass

Bought the fc27 ultimate edition however bought the season pass with my fc27 points not knowing i should get the season pass for free. i was told on the chat with us by the agent that compensation had been given out yet ive not been given the season pass nor have i received the fc27 points back in which id buy the season pass anyway? ridiculous how even an agent can’t help in anyway, was told to leave it here for someone to sort out, hope someone contacts me soon or i get compensation for what i’m owed.

Did you buy the new season pass? (released yesterday). The ultimate edition only gives the first season pass for free. Ultimate plus gives the first 5 I believe
