Server Issue

Hi, I was playing FC 27 Ultimate Team Champions, and I got disconnected from the EA servers during two separate matches. Both matches were counted as losses, even though my internet connection was working perfectly fine with no connection issues on my side.

I believe the disconnections were caused by an issue with EA's servers, as the game displayed a message saying that the EA servers were unavailable.

I would like you to investigate this issue and review the two matches, as I unfairly received two losses. Is there anything you can do to compensate me for these losses?
