Still stuck in division elite

Dear EA Sports Support Team,

I am experiencing a serious issue with Division Rivals in EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team.

Season 1 has officially ended, and Season 2 started on October 22, 2026. However, my account is still stuck in Elite Division, while other players have received their seasonal division reset.

I have already tried restarting the game, uninstalling it, and reinstalling it completely, but nothing has resolved the issue.

The new season is clearly active on my account, yet my Rivals division remains unchanged.

This is extremely frustrating and is affecting my competitive experience.

I kindly request that your technical team investigate my account and manually correct my Division Rivals ranking if necessary.

Please do not respond with generic troubleshooting instructions, as I have already attempted them.

I would appreciate a clear explanation and a proper solution.
