Subject: FC 27 – Black Screen Bug Causing Unfair Rivals Losses

Dear EA Support Team,

I am experiencing a serious issue in EA SPORTS FC 27. Whenever I search for an opponent in Rivals, the screen sometimes turns completely black, and the game kicks me out.

Unfortunately, the game counts this as a loss even though I did not leave the match intentionally or get the chance to play. This issue has happened multiple times and has caused me to lose several Rivals matches unfairly.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue, fix the bug, and review the unfair losses caused by this problem.

Please help me resolve this issue and prevent it from happening again.

Thank you for your time and support.

Best regards,
A Concerned FC 27 Player
