Transfer Ban???

Hello all, I am playing ultimate team & I have been buying/selling due to gallery.

I have now been banned from transfer market due to quickly buying/selling. Every time I try to contact EA support they basically come back with the same automated message saying the ban is staying in place?!

I genuinely have not broken any rules intentionally or to the best of my knowledge & I am more than upset that EA have banned me literally at the very start of the game.

I feel as if I have wasted £89.99 on the game + all the points I have bought also... I don't know if anyone has a phone number or a direct way to speak to EA through live chat as the support I am emailing is seriously not helping at all & I am going around in circles with my appeal being declined.

I have a feeling it was because I was buying silver players at  3000 coins just to get the gallery done asap and they were extinct at the time. 

This is completely wrong as I genuinely have not cheated or anything...

I have not used bots, bought coins or anything of the sort!

Please can someone help me with this stupid situation
