Transfer Market Locked

I’ve been playing UT since September 18th (when the 10-hour trial launched); not only that, but I also purchased EA Play Pro (€17), yet I still don't have the transfer market unlocked. I’ve used this account since FIFA 18 but switched to PC; since then—both in the previous title and now—I haven't had access to the market. I haven't violated any rules or anything like that; I’m just a player who wants to enjoy the game. This has been a really poor experience, especially since I’ve seen people on forums and Reddit who had the market enabled as soon as the game officially launched on September 24th. I urgently need help; it’s untenable to have FUT Champions starting without being able to build a competitive team. My coins are sitting idle, and I can't complete objectives either because they now strictly require market activity (buying and selling players). Please, I need urgent assistance.

    Honestly I have no idea how their system works. I had another account I used for FIFA 23 but the transfer market never unlocked even last year so I just gave up on it

    I've had the account since around 2019; it's unbelievable, isn't it? Having to limit yourself in a game you actually bought... That's why I didn't buy the full game—I knew this wasn't going to get fixed. It's honestly disappointing; it makes you want to report them. 

    Someone has to fix this.

    I swear it's absolutely crazy. Their site says it takes 2–3 days they probably meant years It's completely bugged for a lot of us, and unfortunate they aren't doing anything about it every time you contact them they just say it's automated and there's nothing they can do

    Yeah, they’re finally getting back to me; I’ve been complaining everywhere. If they don't fix this, I’d rather just get banned from the game for life. It’s insane that they have no control over their own game! How can they not manage it when—supposedly—they’re the ones who actually created it? Look at what this company has turned into; it’s just rotting away little by little.

    Sorry to disappoint you but aside from sending you a link to the article (which is useless) they won't do anything for you. I speak from experience: my account has no infractions, yet it hasn't been unblocked after years it makes no sense, and I'm far from the only one in this situation
