Transfer market

Hello EA Support,

I’m playing EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team on PS4 with a new account. As soon as I unlocked the Transfer Market, I received this message:

“You’ve reached your limit on bid/buy actions. Please come back in 24 hours for full access to the Transfer Market.”

I can buy players, but I cannot list players for sale. The same issue occurs in the Companion App, and it has continued for more than 24 hours.

I completed all the Foundations objectives. Please investigate whether this is an account restriction or a technical issue.
