Ultimate gauntlet

I was looking at the objectives for the ultimate gauntlet and once I scored in 14 games I automatically got the objective player. I did not finish the double perfect or triple perfect objectives but the game still let me complete the whole challenge, now it gave me the objective player and won’t let me play for the packs I want to claim. I put a lot of time into these games just for me not to get anything worth it. I’m very disappointed
