Ultimate Team Packet Loss

Hi there. it sounds like you're on a wireless connection. Would you be able to switch to a wire? Wireless connections aren't as stable as being wired so disconnects and lag will be more frequent.

I’m currently using an Ethernet cable and still having the same issues. My ping seems mostly fine sitting from 58-65 but I get speed up lag so often and get the red logo for losing data packets really consistently

My connection score is a 54 where as my ISP average connection score is 85. Just looking for a fix as I genuinely can’t continue to play the game like this. Do I need to upgrade to a ps5 or have to get a new ISP or something else?

Hello. A score of 54 indicates a very poor connection. I see you mentioned you're on a wire. In that case, please contact your ISP so they can diagnose the issues with your connection.

As I said above, I’m already using an Ethernet cable and have tried using without it as well but still get the same issues. Without the Ethernet my ping goes to about 1000 everytime I get speed up lag and then with the Ethernet my ping stays relatively normal but I still get speed up lag and packet loss

Please contact your ISP. A score of 54 is very low. Disconnects and lag are most definitely going to occur. Your ISP should look in to this.
