Wrong DNF, possible exploit used by opponent?

Hello, I entered a Rivals game around 17:20 CET on 27 September 2026, the game started and opponent kicked off. At 00:04 the game froze, neither the oponent's players or mine or the ball were moving at all, however the application was still active, you had the rolling intro of the line ups at the bottom going and after a while i got the warning "You are not actively playing the game. If you do not resume playing before the countdown expires, you will forfeit the match". I kept it on for a while and kept trying to press buttons both on gamepad and on keyboard, evne escape to try to get into the menu, no reaction at all. After a few minutes the message changed to "This is your final warning....". After another few mins i got a message the game was forfeited by me, but the game stayed frozen. i had to hard close the whole application and re-start. Is this a bug? Or a possible exploit used by the opponent?
