Missing evolution of Zidane

So, I've been opening cases and talking through chat with EA employee because even though I've been playing Fifa/FC always before day one, I don't have the Evolution of Zidane and I've been ignored even though I send picture with proof about taking trophies before the due time. Hope someone after one week is gonna be able to help even though I have poor hopes.

Both trophies are before the due time for the Evolution of Zidane...more than this I don't know what to show you
