In exchange the mascherano is not working since 4 days , and haven't got 2 mascheranos .
I demand my mascheranos and I honour ea fc mobile service .

Mascherano exchange is a weekly thing. It resets on thursdays. Any picture of ehat yours shows?
Even if weekly Mascheranos was the case , the redemption is not working since weeks now
Best to add some screenshots so that someone can take a look mate to understand what you mean by not working. Add both the exchange screenshot and what happens when you click on mascherano exchange.
