A bug in quests
- More than 40 logins done , still the game shows 19/20 and the quests is not yet completed in hero chronicles quests

Yep - it’s broken - been broken for a while for everyone - the EA team has been notified - no idea when there will be a fix, if at all
Looks like it wasn't always broken as I have claimed that logo and can no longer see the Heroes quests tab. Finished it religiously in the first 20 days though.
