Re: Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]

"To the EA Sports Support Team,

I am writing to request the immediate reactivation of my FC Mobile account. My account was suspended for 7 days (168 hours) starting on December 16th.

As shown in the attached screenshots, I have already uninstalled all modified files and performed a clean installation of the official version from the Google Play Store (Version 26.1.02).

The 168-hour period has already expired today, December 22nd, but the error code 0x00102710 still appears when I try to log in. This seems to be a synchronization issue on the server side.

Please manually refresh my account status so I can resume playing.

Thank you."

    You're through to the EA Forums here. We won't know about your suspension here but our Terms of Service team can investigate this for you. It sounds like you've already sent in a ban appeal, so your case should be with the Terms of Service team. In terms of an ETA, our help guide shares this:

    You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer.
