Re: Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]

Hi Ea support Team,

I am contacting your regarding my FIFA mobile account that has been suspended.I use the account whit my registered Ea email,and I download and play FIFA mobile only from the official Google play store.I have never intentionally used modified or third-party version of the game,and I always play fairly.

When I try to open the game, I receive a message saying my account is suspended with code 0x00102710 and that I should visit help.ea.com for more details,but is doesn't show how long the suspension is for or the reason.I could also not find any penalty history in my EA account.

I believe this suspension might be a mistake.Could you please check my account status and let me know the reason for the ban?I would really like to get this resolved so I can continue playing.
