I dont know if its just me or there is also some one else encountering this, but i can not claim my weekly task reward which the task is paint 3 tiles in reward section but i already finish paint all the tiles prior to the updates thus i cant claim the reward even if i repaint the tiles back
Please fix because i cant claim my weekly reward because of the bug

For some reason I can't post this issue in this forum but yes it also happened to me. We've potentially lost 5 shards and 2 universal rank players if this issue is not fixed.

I have already painted all the tiles in the aqua vs inferno reward chapter
Now the new week’s task is to paint 3 tiles
I tried repainting it but doesn’t work
Any ideas ?

i have bugs in mision, mision complete i'm paint in part award but i don't have my award.

Actually, it’s not about painting. You can re-paint a field, that doesn’t unlock the reward. I guess it is about unlocking the field for painting (and thus getting a voucher). But I already collected all vouchers before Week 2 ended, so yeah, there you go.
It’s already an event with pretty lousy rewards, so I guess this disappointment can just be added on top of that. I have to say that the amount of disappointments I feel we need to swallow is getting worse and worse…

Have you tried restarting your device to see if that will help synchronise your account? Are you able to test it on a different device? If this won't help, send us some screenshots of this error.
