Aqua vs Inferno 4th weekly quest bug

For the 4th weekly quest, the player is instructed to put an Aqua or Inferno player (for those who chose Aqua or Inferno at the beginning of the event, respectively) in their starting eleven and complete 5 matches. However, what I found was that playing matches in either Division Rivals (H2H, VsA, Manager), Football Centre or Icon Chronicles does not update the counter even when an eligible player is in the starting 11.

I have read some of the more recent community posts and found that other players are experiencing the same problem. I am only publishing this report for the purposes of further illuminating this bug.

    Hi there!

    Thanks for flagging this and for your patience while we looked into it. This should now be resolved. 

    Could you double-check? Please close out of the game fully, reopen it, and see if you can now complete the weekly quest.

    Give it a go and let us know how you get on.

    The final task of the four: "Start 1 Aqua Player and Complete 5 Matches in Any Mode." is stuck at 0/5 no matter what I try.

    I’ve tried changing my starting 11 to just include a single non-icon Aqua player, removed any other Aqua and Inferno players from my starting 11 and bench, and played many matches against AI and players in division rivals and icon chronicles, even then no progress made.

    I’m assuming this task is glitched. Please fix this ASAP EA I need my shards!

    Hello. In week 4 Main chapter of Aqua vs Inferno the mission "Start 1 team inferno player and play 5 matches in any mode" has a glitch it is not completing at all. I have tries playing division rivals matches, icon chronicles matches and also vsa matches. No kind of match helps in completing the mission.
    PLEASE HELP.

    I faced the same problem, I play for the water team, I have already played 10 matches and removed the flame team from the lineup and put 5 water players, it does not help

    More than 10 matches were played, there was 1 water player in the lineup, then 5 players, it doesn't help, I removed flame players from the lineup, it didn't help either
