Hey Everyone,
If you are running into an issue with FC Mobile and running into the error "Purchase Failed - your last transaction is still being processed..."
Try verifying the following information first.
- Your last purchase shows as completed/finalized
- You have no pending updates
- Try closing all apps running, and relaunching FC Mobile.
If you continue running into issues try going through the following steps based on your device:
Mobile (Android)
Troubleshooting EA mobile games on Android devices
Mobile (iPad and iPhone)
Troubleshooting EA mobile games on iPad and iPhone
If the above does not help, please let us know the following:
- Player ID (Select the setting icon > UID):
- Are you getting an error message? (If so what is it?)
- What Device (make/model) are you using?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- Do you have any device or app updates pending?

Bro have you ever got this resolved ?? I bought the star pass bundle ysterday and I never recieved it! Money for the purchase was deducted from my cash app and says purchase completed but still nothing. And now I can't purchase anything either. When I try that stupid message keeps popping up about "still processing the last transaction bs" ugh so infuriating I swear. At this point I'll wait on a damn refund so long as I'm able to make purchases again. I have the money to even re purchase the star pass so long as I get a refund on my last failed purchase smh. This problem should be resolved by now what the hell is going on ???? 😡

I currently have the same issue. I haven’t been able to purchase anything in game since September 30th. As it informs me it is still processing the previous transaction. I have spoken to the community service in game, however everything they have suggested hasn’t worked. Please see the below photos.
