- Player ID (Select the setting icon > UID):
- Are you getting an error message? (If so what is it?)
- What Device (make/model) are you using?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- Do you have any device or app updates pending?

- Player ID (Select the setting icon > UID): my Player Id is 588376145345171456
- Are you getting an error message? (If so what is it?) as I put in a previous message on this board I am getting a purchase failed, the last transaction is still being processed message. However my last purchase on the game was the 30th September. I have made other purchases on other games recently which have worked fine.
- What Device (make/model) are you using? iPhone 11 Pro
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
screenshot is attached - Do you have any device or app updates pending? No software and everything up to date.
- i recently went through deleting the app and re downloading, re signing into my account, restarting my phone, clearing my safari history, changing my Wi-Fi/mobile data. Nothing has unfortunately worked.
