- Player ID (Select the setting icon > UID):
- Are you getting an error message? (If so what is it?)
- What Device (make/model) are you using?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- Do you have any device or app updates pending?

Error Message: Purchase Failed, the last transaction is still being processed.
Device: IPhone 11
Updates pending: I don’t have any updates pending
